First in Malaysia - KS Cloth Diaper comes with 1 Year Warranty

Yes, you didn't hear it wrong. We want to give you a peace of mind in our product quality. Hence we decide to give 1 year full warranty for our hot selling Cloth Diaper. The warranty will apply to all Cloth Diaper purchased from Jan09 onward.


The warranty for our Cloth Diaper products is as follows:

• Snaps: 1 year
• Elastic: 1 year
• Sewing: 1 year

Issues with fit, wicking, and leaking do not fall under our warranties. Warranty is also void if the diaper has been altered from its original form. Any defect will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of KasihkuSayangku.

Due to the nature of cloth diapers we can not guarantee how long they will last. Just the process of normal washing and drying will create wear on the diaper. The wear typically does not affect the usage of the diaper or the water-proof layer of the diaper.

We do expect our product will last through multiple children but this is not a guarantee nor a promise. It all depends on the amount of use and the type of abuse the the diaper is given.

Most diapers are washed every other day for several months and this alone will cause wear. We will NOT be held responsible for any wear on any of our diapers. Wear and tear is not a defect of the products.

Any other defects within warranty period will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

The postage/shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
